ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขบริการแพ็กเกจ TrueVisions NOW / Terms and Conditions of Services – TrueVisions NOW

รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ สำหรับผู้ใช้บริการที่มีความประสงค์สมัครบริการขอเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็กเกจ ผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่นทรูไอดี, เว็บไซต์ ทรูไอดี และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี (ซึ่งต่อไปนี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ใช้บริการ”) กับบริษัท ทรู วิชั่นส์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด  (“บริษัทฯ”) เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 พฤศจิกายน  2564 – วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2565  หรือจนกว่าจะมีการแจ้งเปลี่ยนแปลงจากบริษัทฯ โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

This sales promotion item is for a service user (s) who purposes to register for the program channel rental service per package via TrueID application, TrueID website and TrueID TV box (which will later be called “the user”) and the TrueVisions Group Co.,Ltd  (“the company”) starting from 11^st  November 2021 – 31^st December 2022 or until a change is notified by the company in which its details are listed as follows: 

• ช่องรายรายการตามแพ็กเกจนี้เป็นลิขสิทธิ์ของบริษัทฯ โดยบริษัทฯ มีสิทธินำมาให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่นทรูไอดี, เว็บไซต์ทรูไอดี และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี ได้

This program channel per package is a copyright of the company and the company is entitled to use it to provide services to users via TrueID application, TrueID website and TrueID TV box. 

• ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถสมัครบริการเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็กเกจได้ผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่นทรูไอดี, เว็บไซต์ทรูไอดี และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี 

The user could register for the program channel rental service per package via TrueID application, TrueID website and TrueID TV box. 

• ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถรับชมช่องรายการที่เช่าได้ผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่นทรูไอดี, เว็บไซต์ทรูไอดี * และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี 

The user could watch any rented program channel (s) via TrueID application, TrueID website* and TrueID TV box. 

• ค่าบริการเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็กเกจดังกล่าว เป็นราคาที่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% แล้ว 

7% Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included in the service fees of the program channel rental service per package.

• ผู้ใช้บริการสามารถยกเลิกการเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็กเกจได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยจะมีผลตามรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด (30 วัน นับจากวันที่ชำระเงิน) 

The user could cancel the program channel rental service per packageat any time which will be effective according to the specified period (30 days from the day that the payment is made).

• สำหรับผู้ใช้บริการที่ทำการเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็กเกจแบบรายเดือน ผ่านแอปพลิเคชั่นทรูไอดี, เว็บไซต์ทรูไอดี และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี ท่านรับทราบ และยินยอมให้ระบบทำการต่ออายุการเช่าแพ็กเกจให้อัตโนมัติ 

The user, who rents the monthly program channel (s) per package via TrueID application, TrueID website and TrueID TV box, shall be informed and allow the system to renew the rental period of the package automatically.

• ระยะเวลาการรับชมช่องรายการ เป็นไปตามแพ็กเกจที่เช่า โดยเริ่มนับจากเวลาที่ชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น 

A period for watching a program channel (s) is in accordance with a rented package starting from the time that the payment is completed.  

• การทำรายการเช่าช่องรายการทุกแพ็กเกจ จะไม่สามารถคืนเงิน เปลี่ยนแปลงช่องรายการ/บริการ หรือ โอนย้ายบริการไปยังบัญชีทรูไอดีอื่นได้  

In the program channel’s rental transaction of every package, the user cannot receive a refund, change a program channel/service or transfer a service to another TrueID account. 

• ผู้ใช้บริการจะไม่สามารถใช้ทรูพอทย์ในการเช่าช่องรายการตามแพ็คเกจได้ 

The user will not be able to use TruePoint for renting the program channel (s) per package. 

• บัญชีทรูไอดี สามารถรับชมช่องรายการตามแพ็คเกจได้ผ่านช่องทาง แอปพลิเคชั่น ทรูไอดี , เว็บไซต์ทรูไอดี และกล่องทรูไอดี ทีวี ได้พร้อมกันสูงสุด 2 อุปกรณ์ 

A TrueID account can be used for watching the program channel (s) per package via TrueID application, TrueID website and TrueID TV box for up to 2 apparatuses simultaneously. 

• ช่องรายการเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯกำหนด 

Any program channel is according to the company’s specifications.

• บริษัทฯมีสิทธิในการเปลี่ยนแปลงช่องรายการได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

The company is entitled to alter a program channel (s) without giving any advance notice.

• หากบริษัทฯตรวจสอบพบว่ามีการใช้บริการข้างต้นในทางที่ไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายหรืออาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายใดๆแก่บริษัทฯบริษัทฯมีสิทธิ์ยกเลิกบริการนี้ได้ทันที 

If the company detects that the services referred above are used illegally or in a way that can cause any damage to the company, the company will be entitled to cancel this service (s) immediately.

Should the user have any problem in watching, he/she can contact or inquire via 1242.

• การให้ความยินยอมและคำรับรองของผู้ใช้บริการ

“ผู้ใช้บริการรับทราบว่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้บริการ เก็บรวบรวม ประมวลผล ใช้ ส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการให้บริการ หรือเพื่อปรับปรุงการให้บริการ และเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยตลาดและการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย หรือเพื่อวิเคราะห์และนำเสนอบริการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ใด ๆ ของผู้ให้บริการ และ/หรือบุคคลที่เป็นผู้จำหน่าย เป็นตัวแทน หรือมีความเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ให้บริการ และ/หรือของพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจของผู้ให้บริการ และ/หรือ บริษัทในกลุ่มทรู หรือเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใดที่ไม่ต้องห้ามตามกฎหมาย หรือเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายหรือกฎระเบียบที่ใช้บังคับใช้กับผู้ให้บริการทั้งขณะนี้และในภายภาคหน้า โดยผู้ให้บริการสามารถส่ง โอน และ/หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลข้างต้นให้แก่บริษัทในกลุ่มของผู้ให้บริการ พันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ ผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูล หรือหน่วยงาน/องค์กร/นิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลใดๆ ที่มีสัญญา ข้อตกลง หรือนิติสัมพันธ์ กับผู้ให้บริการหรือมีความสัมพันธ์ด้วยทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

Compliance and Confirmation of the User

“The user is informed and allows the service provider to collect, evaluate, use, send or transfer the user’s personal information and disclose the user’s personal information for the benefits of services or for improving services and in order to act according to the laws related to personal data protection or for the objectives of market research and organizing sales promotion activities or for analyzing and presenting any service or product of the service provider and/or any person who is a distributor, an agent or related to the service provider and/or any business partner of the service provider and/or any company in True Group or for any other objective which is not illegal or so as to abide the laws or regulations enforced to the service provider at present and in the future. The service provider could send, transfer and/or disclose the above information to any company in the service provider’s group, service provider’s business partner, data estimator or any agency/organization/juristic person or person having a contract, agreement or juristic relations with the service provider or having a relationship together both domestically and abroad.
